Each tablet contains 200 mg betaine HCl, 100 mg ox bile extract and 45 mg papaya fruit powder. The 182 mg enzyme blend includes pancreatin, bromelain, papain, cellulase and pepsin, assembled for digestion of fats, carbohydrates and protein.

The pancreatin and pepsin are porcine-derived, and ox bile is also an animal ingredient, so the formula is not vegan. NOW recommends one tablet with a meal.
