Shipping policy
Total Nutrition Miami ships eligible orders throughout the United States and offers pickup at our Brickell store.
Processing times
Orders are normally prepared within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Domestic shipping transit takes an estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–6 business days. High-volume periods, weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and product availability can affect timing.
Shipping rates and estimates
The shipping methods available for an order appear at checkout after the delivery address is entered. Our current domestic rates are:
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders below $50, shipping costs $9.99.
The checkout rate and estimate control if they differ from this page. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Some products or destinations may have different availability or restrictions.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order. Carrier scans can take time to update. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact the carrier and Total Nutrition Miami so we can review the shipment. We may request supporting information before replacing or refunding an order.

Select pickup at checkout when it is available for the items in your cart. Do not travel to the store until you receive the ready-for-pickup notice. Bring the order confirmation and a matching photo ID. Product and variant availability can differ, so pickup eligibility is determined at checkout.
