Product details

Chlorophyll in its water-soluble sodium copper chlorophyllin form, paired with alfalfa powder. This 90-capsule product declares both chlorophyllin and its accompanying copper on the label.

Each capsule combines 100 mg sodium copper chlorophyllin with 250 mg alfalfa powder. The Supplement Facts panel separately declares 4 mg copper and 5 mg sodium, so the chlorophyllin weight should not be read as the amount of either mineral.

The bottle provides 90 one-capsule servings, with NOW recommending one capsule daily. The capsule format allows these amounts to be considered independently of liquid chlorophyll measurements. NOW's warning notes that oral chlorophyll can cause diarrhea or green discoloration of urine or feces and identifies the alfalfa ingredient in its medication precaution.
