Brain Elevate combines botanical extracts with choline, phosphatidylserine and glutamine. The 60-capsule formula includes ginkgo, RoseOx rosemary, gotu kola and a Huperzia serrata complex.
This combination formula brings plant extracts and nutrients together in one capsule. Its label provides 60 mg ginkgo extract, 50 mg choline and 15 mg phosphatidylserine. RoseOx rosemary extract contributes 25 mg, while glutamine and gotu kola extract each contribute 125 mg.
The formula also includes a 25 mcg Huperzia serrata complex. NOW directs one capsule once or twice daily and advises against increasing the dose without physician guidance. The phosphatidylserine is derived from soy lecithin, which is relevant when considering the product's allergen information.
