Bucked Up Protein Soda

Bucked Up Protein Soda is a ready-to-drink way to add whey protein without mixing a powder. The clear, lightly carbonated format gives it a soda-style presentation, with 25g of whey protein isolate and 100 calories in a 16 fl oz can.

It contains no caffeine, so it belongs in the protein category rather than the energy-drink category. The manufacturer also lists zero sugar and zero carbohydrates for the current range. Choose the flavor you want and check its ingredient panel, particularly if you are avoiding milk-derived ingredients.
