These protein packed pancakes are an awesome way to start the day, and
a great variation from the usual eggs and oatmeal.
Packed with a great balance of healthy fats, complex carbs, and protein to feed your mind, body and your muscles.
Add the following to blender:
½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
½ cup liquid egg whites
½ cup Dry Oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend until mixture becomes like batter (add water if needed):
Heat pan to medium heat and spray with PAM or 0 calorie non-stick solution:
Add mixture to pan and cook like pancake
1 tbsp natural peanut butter and Walden Farms 0 calorie sugar-free syrup
