This recipe is perfect when you need to quickly squelch the hunger pangs, but don’t want to bother with chopping, dicing or the salsa in the fridge is spoiled.
It’s also super portable, since you can put the seasoning in a baggie with your avocado for guac on the run.
Ingredients 1 Avacado Tony Cashere’s Original (or any flavor) Creole Seasoning to taste. Optional: Lime juice to taste Cilantro
Directions Cut open your avocado, de-seed, place on a plate or in a bowl – cut or mash with a fork & sprinkle the Tony Cashere’s to taste. If you have lime juice & cilantro on hand, add it! Instead of using chips, try low fat tortillas, Roma tomatos scooped out to form a “boat” or any color of bell pepper cut for scooping. Boosts nutrients, fiber & tastes great!
